Vel

My favourite movie is Vel.  The movie have first been shown in November 8. 2007. The director was Hari, the screenplay was Hari, and  film written and directed by Hari and produced by Mohan Natarajan. It stars Suriya and Asin and features Vadivelu, Kalabhavan Mani and Nassar .  

The characters are :

This movie is the best I have seen in Sri lanka with my family. My favourite actor is Suriya and Asin. I think they are the perfect for the role.  I really like the songs and the fight in the Vel movie.  This movie has been good in Sri Lanka and India. People watch the movie happy and enjoy with their family . Suria has one  brother called Velu. When they were leaving to India they lost him in the train. Another Suriya find him at the shop where he work.  He likes to have his brother back but he doesn't like to go back to them because he had a family so he don't want to leave them. I think this movie is sad a happy to watch because they are sad scene. This movie is interesting  to watch with your family. This movie is rated PGR so you can watch if your age is from 10+

This movie is good to watch.

The fence

She was thinking of her pet cat, while the cat ran over the road.  She stood by the fence. Her cat didn’t come back to her. When she went to the neighbors to ask if they have seen her cat. He said hadn’t seen itl. She was feeling very sad because she never missed her cat like this before.  She was worried because the cat didn't eat her breakfast.  The neighbors cat called Sally and her cat name is Shala. She was calling their names but they didn’t come.

She was walking slowly around the street looking for the cats and she saw two tails was standing by the another fence.  She went to see it. When she went there she heard a sound kind of like her cat. She went closer there to see what was it. It was her cat and the neighbors’ cat was standing by the fence. She was happy because she found the cats.  She took them and she gave Sally to the neighbours and she took her cat home gave her a fish to eat for lunch.

I remember as it were yesterday, when my family and I went to a television shop to buy a big television for my Dad’s birthday. I saw lots of big tv’s at the shop.  I really like those televisions some had a stand to put it on, like a table.  When I asked my dad

“Can you buy a big television?”

Dad said “Yes my Dear.”

I was so happy because after that, my dad brought a big television for me. I was very happy and I told my friend that I had a big television at home.  After that in the mornings I was able to watch a cartoons with my brother.

How to play Soccer

Students like to play soccer and learn the soccer rules.  Boys and girls are good at playing soccer.  At Panmure Bridge School our Principal decided to have a Soccer competition. The teams were room six , seven, five and nine.  When soccer starts, he hands out the bib. When you’re playing other teams you need to make sure that both teams have different colour bibs so you know who’s in your team.

We have to wear the yellow bib so people know that we are yellow team.   The team that is passing the ball, needs to pass it to another player in your team. The team needs to be focused and you also need to concentrate otherwise you won’t get any points.

In soccer there are many rules. The rules are you can’t hold the ball with your hand, you can’t kick the ball very high, you also can’t have the ball all the time you have to pass it to your team.  If the ball went out by the yellow team, then the blue team have to throw the ball in. You have to follow the rules otherwise you wouldn’t know what to do and you might get disqualified.

One of the team’s players has to be a goalkeeper, they try and block the shots from the other team. When the ball comes, you have to stop it, if you didn’t stop the ball they will get a point.   In your team one of the players has to stay up front to wait for someone to pass to you so you can try and score a goal.   

Boys and girls are good at playing soccer.  Soccer is not only for men to play, it can be a men’s or a women’s sport.  We have learnt a lot of new things from the Principal because he has taught us a lot of soccer rules.

At midnight, at the top of the skytower in Auckland, the light are on and the city looks bright and colourful. The skytower is far from where we are living in Panmure. When the lights are on people always look up at it. I had fun in the City with my family.

Hi This is my hexagon art.

I used a protractor and compass for my design. 

The thing I like best about my art is the shape of the hexagon.

I would like to change the pattern and the colour next time.

Lorde

I chose Lorde because she is famous singer in New Zealand and she gets lots of certificates and awards in New Zealand. She joined the drama group in 2009.  She comes from a Croatian and Irish family. She started to sing at the age of 4 years old. All people enjoy her songs. She would be a good fit for the New Zealand $30 note a because she is a famous girl and she is the best singer.  She has won numerous awards including four New Zealand Music Awards.

She likes to sing in front of people and  people also  like to hear her sing on stage. I would like to put her on my thirty dollar note  because she is the best singer. I also watched her song on the TV and  I thought she is the best for my thirty dollar note.

I really like her songs and her voice because I have never heard a voice like this before. My thirty dollar note is Lorde. I think I like to become like Lorde and I think I can sing like her.
