When I wave the water the people
can go up and come down.

I can change colour to green and blue.

This is the game i played to work on my place value .
it's called happy hippo halfs i needed to know half of the number .
for each half they have they put a counter on the matching number on their hippo.

How to use the contents page to research effectively
The table of contents lists the chapters and other main parts of the book. It is helpful because it gives you a general idea about the book so you know which chapters apply to your research. Below is an example from a book about the moon.

Most non-fiction books have an index. Like a table of contents, it lists the books contents and relevant page numbers, but in much more detail. It presents the topics in alphabetical order to help your search. Below is an example from a health book.
