• Adonis- Today Adonis mean that He is a handsome, strong, healthy and stunning young man. It also mean that they have a big muscles and good- looking man.
•  Amazon- Today Amazon mean it’s a big, powerful, fit and warrior women and she is a great fighter.
• Atlas- Today Atlas is mean a mathematics book and its a map of chart. And the cover of the book is map.
• Discord- Today discord mean disagreement and unrest between two people. For example: Two big women are fight for apple at the party.
• Flora and Fauna- Today Flora and Fauna mean they are part of plant and Animal. Fauna mean that a girl is half man and goat. Flora  mean she is a young and she is a natural plant of county.
• Midas Touch- Today Midas was a king who was given the power and everything that he touch it will turning  into gold and he is a rich man because he turn every things into gold.
• Siren- Now Siren mean that its is warning sound and also a device that makes a loud prolonged signal.

Saruja- reflecting silhouettes of oursel

On Tuesday I made a butterfly word cloud for my reflecting silhouettes of ourself . We made this reflecting silhouettes of ourself  to understand each other in the class room. All the students will know where I come from , What is my culture and what my family names. I add lots of information about me and my family.  I think this word cloud will help everyone to know about me.

Saruja and Linda- R5/ R6 Comparison

Today R5 / R6 made a data graph. This graph shows us that how many students in R5 and R6 has  overseas fathers. I worked with Linda because we have to choose our partner from R6 so we can comparison each other. We also learn how to create a graph that tells a story and makes a comparison using maths language.

Saruja- Waiheke Island Homework

This is my brochure about Waiheke Island and this was my homework. I add lots of information about Waiheke. You can get lots of information about it.  Waiheke is my group name.Waiheke is the better place to visit. Waiheke is the nice and beautiful place. I also learnt lots of things about Waiheke. I also researched about Waiheke because I don't know anything about Waiheke. I think this brochure will help you to understand about Waiheke.

This is my group art photo. We did our by cooperating and working together
We were working hard and working collaborative. It took 4 days to do my group art, and we have to decide  who is going to do the left side and right side, because we cut the paper into half so all the student can draw their own picture
I think our drawing has some connection because we did same colours and patterns and it was looked great.
This  art is looking bright and colourful.

This is my Reading History. I really like to read books because they are good for you and it will help you by doing you reading test. This reading history will help you to remer what is your favourite book when you were young. These book that I have read was interesting and fun. Yo can also make you own reading history and folder because you won't forget you favourite book that you read in past.

Saruja- Thinking group DLO

This is my group strategy, and this strategy was fine's. I think she did a great job because this is the good strategy. The question was really hard to understand but we were trying our hard to get the right answer that everyone else get. I really like to do thinking group so we can work together and helping eachother.

Saruja- Water Safety Current Events

Water Safety

Things you need to know when you are going to the water by your self.

• Tell to you family where are you going
• What time you will come
• Take you phone with you
• Mostly take your jacket with you

   This is where the man body have been found..

A fisherman went fishing by himself, and he didn't wear his jacket but he put the jacket on his hand. In accidentally he fell of the boat and he drifted. Police were trying to found what happen and how did he fell? Police did not suspicious of murder. After that doctors came to check how did he dead, so they decided to cut his body and check.. The police didn't know how did the man how die not yet!

What lesson we can learn from this article is that we have to take the jacket with us when to the water. Phone to ring our parents when we are in trouble. we have to tell time when we come back  if we are late your parents will come and pick you up and tell where are you going.

These rules are useful for other situation not only for water

This is our Nitro Typing skills. In this gave we came first because we tried very hard and  we were helping eachother to get the best score.  This is game is fun and this game is also helping eachother.

Saruja- Recount quiz

This is my quiz that I did about recount, and I got 10 out of 10. The recount quiz is about past and present tense. Its really hard  to answer the quiz very careful because it ask lots of hard and easy questions but I think I did well on it.

My favorite question was that: In which paragraph you sum your recount?. The answer for the question was: Final

My another favourite question was that:Which of these sequences is written in chronological order? 

Answer for the question was Breakfast lunch tea and supper 

It was really fun to answer the question.

Dear Term Four Saruja

Hi Saruja , When you read this letter I think you will get what I am talking about. In order to achieve your work you have to study hard.

Now I am talking about your positive work that you have done this week at school. You are learning about PBS values at school and I think you have done it well. Did you really enjoy to studying in room five? I hope so because you are meeting your new friend and new teacher and you are also learning new subjects. Being confident when I am learning more new things and paying attention at school will help me achieve my goals. I know that you really like to do math and you always like to be the top in math at school, so you have to work  hard to pass your maths test at school and try to make your level high. You should know your times tables up to 12 or 13 because they are important for you at school. I hope you will work hard to achieve all your task that your teacher gave you at school and be happy by getting lots certificate and trophies.

Saruja- Kiwiana/ Family Connection

I made this kiwiana poster because it was our homework. Kiwiana are items and icon from new zealand culture. In room 5 everyone did this homework and they did a  good job. Some people have more then one example, some people have just one example but we are still getting information from others.

Saruja and Tiare- PBS Values

We made this presentation to know about PBS values. Tiare and I did this presentation I think we did well on this because we add image. I really like the colour that we choose because this is normal not bright or dark. I really like this presentation.
